I attended an advance yoga class led by Julie about a month ago. I attend yoga 1-2 times per month, usually at Lifetime Fitness, primarily to work on flexibility, balance, and to simply relax from a stressful day/week. I've done yoga fr a few years, and I typically don't learn much new at a yoga class. However, Julie taught me several facts and recommendations on positions to make the most out of session. For example, she taught me to soften my limbs instead of lock them out (arms) during downward dog. I enjoyed Julie's knowledge and instructional style. I would highly recommend attending a class of Julie's; it will provide value regardless of your level of experience or abilities.
