I took prenatal yoga classes with Julie and had an amazing experience! She was great at tailoring each session in a way that met everyone's comfort and skill level. Building strength and flexibility and learning relaxation techniques was essential to my labor. Thanks Julie!
I attended an advance yoga class led by Julie about a month ago. I attend yoga 1-2 times per month, usually at Lifetime Fitness, primarily to work on flexibility, balance, and to simply relax from a stressful day/week. I've done yoga fr a few years, and I typically don't learn much new at a yoga class. However, Julie taught me several facts and recommendations on positions to make the most out of session. For example, she taught me to soften my limbs instead of lock them out (arms) during downward dog. I enjoyed Julie's knowledge and instructional style. I would highly recommend attending a class of Julie's; it will provide value regardless of your level of experience or abilities.

I highly recommend attending any type of yoga class taught by Julie from ZoYoga. Her classes are well organized and challenging. Definitely worth your time to take one of her classes at least one day a week

Thank you Julie for the wonderfully restorative class. I felt like you read my mind and knew just what my muscles needed (not to mention my mind and spirit, too). You really made me feel taken care of while I was taking care of myself as well.

It has been great having Julie as my Yoga instructor, eventhought it was my first time doing yoda she was very patient and willing to show me step by step. I notice many benefits such as flexibility, strenght and relaxion as mother of 16 month old twins you can imagine how tight my muscle can get.
