Private Class Descriptions
Yoga Barre Sculpt. Yoga for flexibility and flowing poses. Barre for lower body strength using ballet-inspired moves like plies (to bend) and releves (to rise). Sculpt for all-over strength and cardio fitness using body weight, hand weights, bands and/or balls. Motivating music. All levels. Bring a mat and some water.
Yoga Flow. Invigorating postures and sequences with focus on breath and core strength. Open to a wide range of practitioners.
Beginners’ Workshop Series. In a relaxed, supportive environment, students will learn basic yoga postures and breathing practices with a focus on safe alignment rather than a “perfect looking posture."
Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga. This gentle class will provide a series of safe and beneficial poses for your body before and after delivery.
Yoga for Golfers. Improve your game with emphasis on increasing flexibility in the hips and spine, strengthening the core and improving balance. (Private clients include entire U of M Golf Team)
