My 2 minute habit will be setting up my workout mat and accessories 30 minutes before to get me motivated and ready for a workout. Seeing a visual area Will hopefully add to the motivation.

My 2 minute habit is to read an inspirational thought each morning in an east facing room with the sunshine ☀️. Believe it or not the first line I read went like this, Discipline is logical, manageable and appropriate.
