PEANUT BUTTER + BANANA OAT POWER BOWL

SERVINGS: 1


½ c Quick oats

½ c Plain Greek yogurt

1 T Peanut butter

1 T Hemp seeds

1 Banana


1. Cook oats as per package instructions (or use uncooked).

2. Combine oats, Greek yogurt, and hemp seeds

3. Melt 1 peanut butter in the microwave (30 seconds).

4. Top with sliced banana and drizzle on melted peanut butter.


OTHER TOPPINGS TO TRY: raspberries with chia seeds and chocolate chips, blueberries with banana and walnuts, apples with pecans and cinnamon
