Hello everyone! I’m excited for the ginger sesame tofu bowl. Thanks for the recipes Juli!e! I’m looking into eating more plant based recipes. Hubby is traveling on business next week & he’s not keen on reducing sugar etc. so I’m eager to make changes.

Welcome Melody. If you would like some additional vegetarian recipes, tell me which of these ingredient combinations sounds best and I will post the recipe:
1 cup extra firm tofu, cubed 1/2 cup cooked buckwheat (1 cup uncooked) 1/4 cup beets, diced 1 apple 1 pear 1 Tbls pumpkin seeds 1 Tbls chia seeds 1 Tbls crushed pecans (with an apple vinaigrette dressing)
1 1/2 cups coleslaw mix 1/2 cup cooked quinoa 1/2 cup diced tofu 1/4 cup green onion, diced 1/2 cup corn Handful cilantro (optional) 1 Tbs roasted almonds (sliced) (with a ginger lime dressing)
1 cup arugula 3/4 cup canned lentils, rinsed 1/2 cup edamame beans, shelled 3/4 cup quinoa, cooked 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced 1/2 cup cucumber, diced 1/4 cup red onion, diced 1/2 cup mango, cubed 1 Tbsp sunflower seeds (spicy lime dressing)
1 cup baby bok choy, chopped 1/2 cup of red peppers, diced 1/2 cup of mushrooms, sliced Sugar snap peas, handful 1/2 cup of vermicelli noodles 1 cup of cubed tofu (thai red curry dressing)
