I'm yet to do my grocery shopping... planning to get it done today. But I put together a power bowl with what I have at home. It has steamed veges, garbanzo beans, 2 tablespoons of cottage cheese sprinkled with Flax seeds & Hemp seeds and for crunchiness some roasted Lotus seeds with turmeric, salt & pepper.
