Yes, this is the area I have struggled with the most and have yet to check off a day. Good awareness, though. One hour would definitely be easier, not sure if it has nearly the same calming effect. I am trying to limit my device activities at the end of the night to wind-down activities like listening to a meditation or audio book on my phone, but I admit it's a slippery slope and the light from the screen can still be an issue.
