Beginning December 5 and for three weeks, we will work on improving our sleep habits. Download the attached habit tracker sheet with several good sleep habits listed. Mark off each day you accomplish that habit. If you implement each habit at least 80% of the time (17 out of 21 days), return your tracking sheet to Julie for a $5 gift certificate to spend in the store.
