I printed the tracker. I also set an alarm on my phone to turn off the TV 2 hours before bedtime. It's not easy. Especially since I live alone. I can't read for two hours, I start to fall asleep. I delayed doing the dishes last night so I had something else to do once the TV was off, not sure that's the answer, since then I was bustling around instead of relaxing.
