Today after the Drum Fitness class I tried something new. An Energy Boosting Smoothie. Almond milk, avocado 🥑, banana 🍌, chia seeds, peanut butter, cocoa. Hubby was not impressed and I am not sure I will make it again. Lunch was a cup of chili and 1/2 a sandwich. Chicken Tortilla soup is the crockpot for dinner.
