JANUARY - Balance Your Plate Challenge!

Friday breakfast was an open face breakfast sandwich. Half of a toasted English muffin with a slice of crisp bacon topped with a hard boiled egg. Half of a sliced banana and orange juice with my daily vitamins. Lunch was half of a large apple. Dinner on Friday is always Pizza Friday 🍕. I am enjoying the challenge. Thinking twice about what I am eating and like seeing other people's eats.
