Dinner last night, I composed the salad before I tossed it to show the Carbs (croutons), Protein (Chicken Breast) and fruit and veggies (tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers) I measured the dressing and it was much less than I usually use when i just pour it, proving this is a good exercise to see what I normally eat.
