Weekends are more challenging because its tge weekend…but it is helpful to know that you only have to do seven plates a week for the challenge. i balanced brunch yesterday and then last night at neighbors for dinner I wasn’t as good. Today for brunch I had the same thing as yesterday which was good! and tonight I’m going out for sushi and a drink…. So again one balanced and one not so balanced for the day
