Just completed my second day of journaling. Got a good nights sleep last night. Meals seemed more balanced today and I got a lot of movement today. Walked a total of about two hours and taught a 45 minute class. I did do some snacking when I wasn't actually hungry. This is an ongoing challenge for me. My snacks are healthy, but still unnecessary and keep me out of the small calorie deficit I would prefer to be in.
