Thursday's journal. I didn't sleep as well Wednesday night but otherwise had a fairly balanced eating day with a few more vegetables and I had seen earlier in the week. I got my 10,000 steps in and also taught a yoga class. Had a later night snack of a protein cookie. At least it was a protein cookie but really wasn't hungry and didn't need it. This is my overall biggest challenge. Eating when I'm not hungry. Fortunately I don't binge. I just eat enough unnecessarily calories to keep me from being in a calorie deficit. As far as any negative self talk, I'm pretty good about not doing this. I just continue to observe and wonder and try new things.
