My sleep and food looked pretty good yesterday. I can see I should be adding more vegetables to my meal, so I will try to be a little more conscious of that going forward. At this point, I think it would be wise for all of us to look at the data we’ve collected and notice if there’s any place to make a slight improvement. No need to start that improvement just yet, but that is the purpose of this whole exercise is to collect data and identify a place where we can make a small permanent improvement, so I encourage you to think about that.
