2nd day of journaling complete.

Good 8 hours of sleep. This is new in my retirement. I typically would get 6 hours of sleep. Back on track for eating and exercising. A little bit of outdoor activity along with piano practice. Felt a little sluggish today. Wondering if it is due to the excessive amount of sugar intake on Sunday?
