After three days of shoveling / blowing snow, and two drum classes this week my shoulders are feeling a little sore. I did the slow flow class last night and was very stiff at first but it helped loosen up the joints and I am feeling better today.
Thank you Julie for putting this challenge together it's a great way to start off the New Year. Hopefully mother nature will back off a little this week because my body isn't used to exercising everyday, and twice a day is too much!
