Prioritize Protein

My breakfasts will alternate between a protein drink, a protein bar or overnight oatmeal with fruit. Lunches will be light possibly tuna, hard boiled egg with a portion of fruit and fresh garden vegetables. Dinners will be a portion of meat ( eat first) followed by garden vegetables and some form of carb. I do enjoy my carbs. Snacks will alternate between a protein bar or a handful of chili 🌶️ lime almonds.
