Today hubby has to eat only protein. So:

breakfast=protein pancakes = 19 grams

snack=protein bar = 20 grams

lunch = leftover steak fajitas = 30 grams

snack= protein shake = 20 grams

with hubby for supper=eggs and ham (and for me a green salad)=30 grams

=119 grams with approximately 1500 calories = right where I need to be to sustain my current weight.
