Discussion Topic. Chapter 2 - How Habits Share Your Identity (and vice versa).
True behavior change is identity change. The goal is not to read a book but to become a reader. Your identity emerges out of your habits. Each time you read a page, you are a reader. Every action is a vote for the type of person you wish to become.
Love the concept of repeating "what would a [healthy, organized, athletic, patient, etc.] person do". It kind of depersonalizes the behavior with the goal of personalizing and internalizing it.
