This challenge has really made me listen to my body. I still find myself grabbing a snack automatically but I'm trying to stop and think about it before I just eat. One thing that I practice is a 7:00 PM cut off for eating. I find that I sleep better if I do not eat late in the evening. If my schedule does not allow me to have dinner before 7, I try to have a lunch later in the day and that will get me through. I also have found that if I don't eat dinner and ask myself if I am REALLY hungry, I'm usually not.

That sounds like great progress Martha. And its good to recognize that you will still so some auto eating. I do too and I've been working on this for awhile. But I see slow progress in myself and I believe if we both stick with this, that will continue. And some day the habit of auto eating won't be a habit anymore.
