As you work through your planning and journaling this week, you may find yourself running into resistance. This is to be expected! Note these feelings and return to these reminders to help you stay the course in building awareness and practicing your habits this week.

1. This is an opportunity for self-awareness and practice, not self-judgment.

2. If it feels hard, simplify.

3. If you forget/miss a day anytime during this program, pick up where you left off.

4. Let go of your perfectionist mindset. It doesn't have to be all or nothing. All-or-something is valuable.
