Be Part of My New Weight Loss Program: Beta Testers Wanted!

Hey friends!
I’m so excited to share something I’ve been working on behind the scenes, and I’d love for you to be part of it.
I’m looking for a small group of motivated women to beta test a brand-new four-week weight loss program I've designed using my favorite food tracking app.
This is your chance to try a new weight loss tool for free and help shape this program before it’s released to everyone else!
You can start the beta program anytime between July 5 and July 12. Your access lasts 4 weeks after your start date.
Here’s What You’ll Get (Free!):
✅ Access to my online course: About 20 quick, actionable lessons — most take less than a minute to read. Some lessons will guide you to do something right in the app, making it super practical. (Check out the lesson topics below!)
✅ A supportive private group: Connect with other beta testers — ask questions, share wins, and cheer each other on. We’re in this together!
✅ Me as your personal accountability partner: I’ll be right there with you — answering questions, keeping you motivated, and making sure you stay on track.
What I Need From You:
🕒 About 30 minutes a day (most days): I recommend setting aside this time so you can absorb the lessons, use the app, and stay consistent. It probably won’t take that long every day, but better to plan for it!
💵 Purchase the app ($12): You’ll need to buy the food tracking app (I’ll show you how). I’ll reimburse you for the full cost when you finish the program and give me your feedback!
✅ Complete the 4--week program, providing feedback as you go. Share your thoughts along the way and at the end—what you loved, what you’d change, and what made the biggest difference. This helps me see what works best and what needs tweaking.
This program is perfect for you if:
You’re curious about using an app for weight loss but want a guide and community for support.
You can commit to 30 minutes daily (6 days a week) for four weeks.

Week 1: Intro, how food tracking works, why I love MacroFactor, setting up your profile, logging meals, weight tracking, and smart tips.
Week 2: Accuracy tips, the best time to log meals, and how to enter recipes when you eat just a portion.
Week 3: Dig deeper into data, what to do if your calories keep dropping, and how to hit protein goals without overshooting calories.
Week 4: Updating your plan and goals, what to do when you hit your weight goal, and understanding how the app calculates calorie burn.
