How to use effectively use your calendar to find time for your health and wellness activities

Rather than a blog this week, I have a vlog for you. In it, I spend five minutes showing you how to create an effective plan on your digital calendar and manage unexpected events that arise. Here are a few highlights,

  1. Be detailed in your calendar planning.

  2. Allow yourself some flexibility when executing the flexible plans on your calendar.

  3. If you consistently execute less than 80% of your flexible plans, scale back your plans to be more realistic.
