Service Description

More lean muscle leads to a higher calorie burned at rest and stronger bones. Less fat allows us to see definition in our arms, legs, and core. We will vary the weight and reps to focus on building more muscle on some days and burning more fat on others. I suggest you have at least one set of hand weights, and more if possible. A mat is nice to have, and a glute band is optional but very useful. I sometimes use yoga blocks, a bench, and wedges, but those are not required. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels, but you should be able to get down on the floor and back up. If you have any medical conditions that this class might worsen, please consult your doctor or physical therapist before participating. Anyone can participate as long as you can get down on the floor and back up unassisted. Vary your weights and reps to make the workout right for you. You will want to have a least one set of hand weights – more sets if possible. I recommend a mat. A glute band is optional but useful. I will sometimes use yoga blocks, a bench, and wedges, but those are not required. To follow the program of which this class is a part, look for Programs in the menu and check out Body Recomp. However, you are also welcome to keep it casual and sign up for this class without following the Program.

Cancellation Policy

If your plans change, please cancel your booking at least 2 hours before class begins when possible. Classes with no one signed up 12 hours before class begins may be canceled. It's usually OK to be late. However, if no client signs in 5 minutes after class begins, class will be cancelled.
