Service Description
If you want to see visible muscle in your lower body, this class is for you! This is what toning up really is – building muscle to create shape in your legs and glutes. I recommend you have a mat and at least two sets of hand weights, but you can also use your body weight.

Cancellation Policy
If your plans change, please cancel your booking at least 2 hours before class begins when possible. Classes with no one signed up 12 hours before class begins may be canceled. It's usually OK to be late. However, if no client signs in 5 minutes after class begins, class will be cancelled.
