Yoga Flow & Roll IN PERSON

A dynamic and static range-of-motion series of poses and exercises to reduce pain, correct posture, and improve performance. Use special rolling balls to loosen bound muscle fibers, improve the health of the facia, and increase mobility, circulation, and hydration of body tissues. Bring a mat, water, and two rolling balls if you have them. If you don't have them, you can borrow or purchase some from Michelle.
In-Person classes must be canceled more than 2 hours in advance to reuse the pass. If you can't attend a zoom class live but wish to receive the recording, do not cancel your reservation.
