A dynamic and static range-of-motion series of poses and exercises to reduce pain, correct posture, and improve performance. Use special rolling balls to loosen bound muscle fibers, improve the health of facia, and increase mobility, circulation, and hydration to body tissues. You will need two rolling balls, ideally in a pouch. The Tune-Up therapy balls are the best and can be purchased at tuneupfitness.com or on Amazon. If you need a short-term alternative, try two tennis balls.
In-Person classes must be canceled more than 2 hours in advance to reuse the pass. If you can't attend a zoom class live but wish to receive the recording, do not cancel your reservation.
