Welcome to Circuits for Spring — six weeks of feel-good fitness designed to keep you strong, energized, and consistent from April 11 through May 24. Every class is built around circuits, so you can complete the whole class or just one circuit with a warm-up and stretch and be done in 20 minutes. Take classes live on Zoom or work through the recordings here — either way, when you've done at least one circuit, mark it Complete and give yourself full credit. This is your challenge, your goal, your pace.
