Healthy Eating Shouldn't Feel So Hard...
Your Instafeed is full of fancy recipe videos (with 18 different ingredients you've never heard of) and fitness influencers spending their Sundays prepping "clean eating" meals for the whole week.
You're busy. You have a life. You know the benefits of eating healthier, but each attempt is eventually abandoned. Soon you're back to grabbing what's easy and convenient. It feels impossible. Who has time for this?
I sure don't. That's why I love Power Bowls, and you will too!
I am frustrated by the unrealistic standards in the health and wellness industry and believe in:
· Simple nutrition
· Satisfying meals
· Less time in the kitchen
Give me five days, and I'll have you feeling nourished and satisfied in less time. You'll eat one meal a day balanced with protein, fiber, fat, and carbs.
You'll also experience more energy, reduced cravings, and FREEDOM from the overwhelm that thinking about nutrition can bring.
So, What’s the Challenge?
1. RSVP to this event and watch for the email confirmation.
2. Join our group linked in the confirmation
3. Find four recipes posted in the group and all the information you need to make this an easy challenge
4. Choose at least one recipe and grocery shop accordingly.
5. Then either batch-create five power bowls in under 20 minutes or plan to make one each day.
6. From May 9th - 13th, replace just one meal a day, for five days, with a Power Bowl.
It's that easy. (The best things always are!)
What if I hate cooking?
I’ve got you! I believe in simplifying nutrition, which can include not even cooking!
Your recipe book and meal prep guide will include instructions for cooking from scratch AND our suggestions for swapping in easy and convenient options to minimize your time in the kitchen.
