I don't know who needs to hear this but..... the recipes are just suggestions. You can swap, tweak, add, or remove ingredients as you like.
Let's agree together not to cause ourselves unnecessary stress by trying to do nutrition perfectly.
A "perfect power bowl" is one you can make and one you enjoy. Trust yourself to do your best and forget the rest.
I'm not "failing" if I don't follow the recipes to a T. I am confident my power bowls will still be just as POWERFUL with my swaps. And I am absolutely certain that small, consistent, imperfect changes can lead to big, amazing changes.
First bowl was delicious!
