Service Description
2 minutes: Warm-up 15 minutes: Alternate about 45 seconds of cardio movement with 15 seconds of rest 3 minutes: Cool down. This workout will strengthen your heart and burn fat without keeping your cortisol (stress hormones) too high for too long.
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
If your plans change, please cancel your booking at least 2 hours before class begins when possible. Classes with no one signed up 12 hours before class begins may be canceled. It's usually OK to be late. However, if no client signs in 5 minutes after class begins, class will be cancelled.
