Service Description

The intervals are structured specifically to reduce visceral fat (the fat around organs) but not keep your cortisol levels (stress hormones) high for too long. We warm up dynamically and then move through several one-minute intervals, with time for moderate effort, intense effort, and rest in each interval. We finish with static stretches. Recordings are provided. A mat is nice to have. Shoes are optional. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels, but you should be able to get down on the floor and back up. If you have any medical conditions that this class might worsen, please consult your doctor or physical therapist before participating.

Cancellation Policy

If your plans change, please cancel your booking at least 2 hours before class begins when possible. Classes with no one signed up 12 hours before class begins may be canceled. It's usually OK to be late. However, if no client signs in 5 minutes after class begins, class will be cancelled.
