Service Description

Smart interval cardio meets Pilates-inspired core work. The cardio burns belly fat, improves heart health, and sharpens mental clarity without running you into the ground. The core work is precise and intentional — targeting deep stability muscles to strengthen your pelvic floor, improve balance, and posture. Together they change how you move — and how you carry yourself. The following is a list of equipment we may use. Mat Shoes (optional) Pilates ball Dumbbells Ankle weights Padding for knees It's ideal to log in 10 minutes early and see what I have out. If you have questions, turn on your mic and ask me. When you are ready to invest in new equipment, you can find links to the equipment I use in the course called "Welcome to ZYF". There is an article in the second module called "What equipment do you use?" You can find "Courses" in the menu. If you can't find it, text me at 612-210-6971.


Upcoming Sessions


Cancellation Policy

If your plans change, please cancel your booking at least 2 hours before class begins when possible. Classes with no one signed up 12 hours before class begins may be canceled. It's usually OK to be late. However, if no client signs in 5 minutes after class begins, class will be cancelled.
