Service Description
Build strong, powerful legs with targeted work for your glutes, quads, and hamstrings, with the core engaged for stability. This progressive-strength class improves muscle tone, bone density, and confidence, with options to modify or challenge as you progress. The following is a list of equipment we may use. We don't use everything every time, and you don't need everything to have a great workout. Use what you have. Invest when you are ready. It's ideal to log in 10 minutes early and see what I have out. If you have questions, turn on your mic and ask me. Also, you can find links to the equipment I use in the course called "Welcome to ZYF". There is an article in the second module called "What equipment do you use?" You can find "Courses" in the menu. Cancellation Policy
If your plans change, please cancel your booking at least 2 hours before class begins when possible. Classes with no one signed up 12 hours before class begins may be canceled. It's usually OK to be late. However, if no client signs in 5 minutes after class begins, class will be cancelled.
