Service Description

More lean muscle leads to a higher calorie burned at rest and stronger bones. This class will meet you where you are and help you reach the next level. Modifications and challenges will be offered. It is suitable for all fitness levels as long as you can get down on the floor and back up again without difficulty. If you have questions, please text me at 612-210-6981.

Cancellation Policy

If your plans change, please cancel your booking at least 2 hours before class begins when possible. Classes with no one signed up 12 hours before class begins may be canceled. It's usually OK to be late. However, if no client signs in 5 minutes after class begins, class will be cancelled.
