Service Description
We use Pilates, yoga, and sometimes ballet-inspired movements, to increase mobility, balance, and core strength. We always use a mat. You may want to have something to hold for balance and something soft for your knees and forearms. You can add hand weights to some exercises for intensity. We sometimes use a squeezable ball or a long stretchy band. Log in early to see what I equipment I will be using. Cancellation Policy
If your plans change, please cancel your booking at least 2 hours before class begins when possible. Classes with no one signed up 12 hours before class begins may be canceled. It's usually OK to be late. However, if no client signs in 5 minutes after class begins, class will be cancelled.
