Hi Julie, I did complete the “journey “ but I wasn’t able to turn off the TV earlier HOWEVER… I did reduce my phone time a lot before bedtime so that was a win for me and started going to bed earlier. It was an eye opening experience for me and made me make some good changes. December was definitely not an easy month to do this so I concentrated doing my best during the week.
