This is the last day of our three week challenge. If you were able to successfully complete all seven habits at least 80% of the time, please let me know and I will issue you a gift certificate to use in our online store. If you did not complete all seven habits, at least 80% of the time, I hope that you still found some improvement in your sleep this month.


I plan to do this challenge again with our community in the future. If you have any feedback, or suggestions, please do share.

Hi Julie, I did complete the “journey “ but I wasn’t able to turn off the TV earlier HOWEVER… I did reduce my phone time a lot before bedtime so that was a win for me and started going to bed earlier. It was an eye opening experience for me and made me make some good changes. December was definitely not an easy month to do this so I concentrated doing my best during the week. Thanks for challenge 🤗 Happy New Year

Staying off devices. I don’t think I made it one day successfully. Every single day I had some excuse or extenuating circumstance. Very enlightening exercise to track this - thanks for the inspiration, Julie.

How is everyone doing? Even if you've fallen off practicing these habits, can you re-commit to just the next few days? Can you pull out your tracking sheet and put it somewhere where you won't forget? Moving into these holidays with even just a few nights of great sleep can make all the difference. Let me know if you're in!

I’m in! My checklist is not pretty but have managed to get 80% so far on 5 of the habits. The other 2 not so much!😐
