Increase NEAT

I actually had to look up and read about thermogenesis. I didn't have a full understanding of the word. Now I know that I am burning calories with body heat. Which leads me to all my yard work. From pulling weeds to spreading mulch to digging and planting and hauling a garden hose around. I enjoy gardening even more now that I know I am doing my body good with NEAT!
