I'm keeping it up with my alternating standing and sitting at my desk more often.
Yesterday I suggested to my family that we do something outdoors that involves some walking so we went to a hobby farm. They even had an ice cream shop!

just now, I walked outside for about an hour and a half listening to tonight's playlist and thinking through all the fun moves we will be doing this week to an urban groove playlist. 😁
How’s everyone doing? I’d love to see some more updates on your NEAT activities. I’ve been watching a video series on something new I want to learn about. Yesterday I decided that it would work fine for me to listen to the videos while I walked rather than sit in a chair and just watch them.  in the case of these videos, I don’t really need to see the screen.
It’s truly amazing how much more often we can find opportunities to move our bodies if we just stay mindful of it.
