I was hit with an annoying cold this weekend, not bad but enough to slow me down. Normally if I am not feeling well I wouldn't excercise, but I wanted to stay on track with the challenge so I did a pre-recorded zoom yoga flow and a drum class from the library. My breathing was labored because I am stuffed up, but my muscles felt better after moving my body and I think it's going to help me recover faster.

Sometimes exercise can help but it’s also ok to take things easy. Sounds like you found a good balance.
