Here's what we are doing today;
Enter what you eat into the app diary. Don’t worry about being crazy accurate. Estimations are fine. You should plan to spend about 10 minutes a day entering what you ate. If you can add it as you go through out the day, great. If not, add it at the end of the day. If you see goal numbers in the app (calories, macros, etc.), don’t worry about hitting those right now. Just try to eat as you typically do. This is a data collection exercise.
