Service Description
Move freely and efficiently. Increase performance in other activities. Improve posture. Reduce the risk of injury. Reduce fatigue and increase stamina. Improve mental wellbeing. During class, we will move dynamically through a full range of motion, feeling our muscles lengthen and contract. A yoga mat is recommended. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels, but you should be able to get down on the floor and back up. If you have any medical conditions that this class might worsen, please consult your doctor or physical therapist before participating.
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
If your plans change, please cancel your booking at least 2 hours before class begins when possible. Classes with no one signed up 12 hours before class begins may be canceled. It's usually OK to be late. However, if no client signs in 5 minutes after class begins, class will be cancelled.
