ZoYoga & Fitness has been a welcoming, friendly and inclusive space in the Hamel community since 2012. We make fitness comfortable, fun and effective. Our purpose is to meet you wherever you are. Whether you’re getting into fitness for the first time, coming back after a break or just wanting to try something new. We know that the best exercise class for you is the one you will keep coming back to. We work hard to make our classes fun with great music and a variety of movement. We offer lots of options during each class so every person can be successful. We respect our clients as individuals by focusing on how poses and movements feel on the inside rather than how they look from the outside. We keep our studio scent-free and not overheated. We do all of this for a reasonable rate and offer free mat use and bottle water to boot. Come and check us out. We are looking forward to meeting you.
