My philosophy is simple - We can achieve our goals without substantial changes to our current lifestyle and habits. How do we do this? By experimenting. I have a strategy matrix full of ideas, and we simply choose a few that sound doable to you. Then, we test them and see how effective they are. We continue to use strategies that feel easy and are effective. We drop strategies that feel difficult or are ineffective and try new ones. We end up with the right mix for you.  You can't white-knuckle your way to success. You might get there but you won't stay there. Rather, we need to find a gentle but effective approach that works for you
