Hi, I’m Julie Zoril, founder of ZoYoga Fitness & Nutrition and a 57-year-old coach who has spent years helping women over 40 feel strong in both body and mind.


When the holidays hit, even the most dedicated routines can unravel. Between travel, family, and endless to-do lists, it’s easy to put yourself last.


But movement doesn’t have to stop just because life gets busy. You can absolutely stay active, reduce stress, and feel amazing heading into the new year — if you have a plan that’s simple, flexible, and effective.


That’s exactly what 25 × 25 delivers.


What’s Included?


Beginning November 28, you’ll have access to live 25-minute Zoom classes every day through December 22.


Each class is recorded and added to the online program so you can replay it anytime that fits your schedule.


The 25 workouts include a mix of:


Upper Body Strength – tone arms, shoulders, and back

Lower Body Strength – lift and shape legs and glutes

Pilates Barre Fusion – strengthen and sculpt with small, controlled movements

Pilates Core – build a strong foundation and improve posture

Cardio Burst – energizing sessions to elevate your heart rate

Mobility & Yoga – stretch deeply, release tension, and recover well


You’ll also gain access to a private online group where you can share wins, ask questions, and connect with other women navigating this same busy season of life. It’s a space for encouragement, accountability, and real-life support — not perfection.


A booking calendar makes it simple to reserve live classes, and you’ll receive an invitation to our optional app for easy, on-the-go access.

Frequently Asked Questions


Do I need any special equipment? Not much! A mat, a pair (or two) of hand weights, and a sturdy chair are plenty. I’ll always offer modifications, and you can substitute common household items when needed. Progress comes from consistency, not gear.


What if I can’t make the live classes? No problem. Every class is recorded and added to the online program within 24 hours. You can do the workouts anytime that fits your schedule — day, night, or while traveling.


Can I join if I’m new to exercise or haven’t worked out in a while? Absolutely. Each class includes options for all fitness levels, and I’ll guide you through modifications as we go. If you’ve been away from exercise, this program is a perfect way to rebuild consistency safely and confidently.


How long do I have access to the recordings? You’ll have full access to all 25 workouts as long as you have your membership, so you can complete them at your own pace.


I’m already a ZoYoga Fitness member — do I need to pay extra for this? Nope! If you’re a current ZYF Fitness member, the 25 × 25 Challenge is already included in your membership. Just log in, join the course, and you’re in!

 

What if I’m traveling during part of the challenge? That’s totally fine! The 25-minute format makes it an option to keep moving wherever you are. You can stream recordings from your laptop, tablet, or phone — no fancy setup needed. Or you can pick up where you left off when you return.
