If you’ve been exercising regularly, you may have experienced that Summer has a way of derailing even the best fitness routines.

 

If you haven’t been exercising, you may wonder if Summer is the best time to start.

 

Either way, vacations, weekends at the cabin and the pull of everything else make it easy to let consistency slip — and hard to get it back.

 

So, this summer, let’s make it easy breezy.

 

The Breezy Summer Fitness Challenge will bring strength and fitness to your life without overwhelm. Because the program is structured but flexible designed to help you succeed — and still have plenty of time to enjoy everything summer has to offer.

 

Hi, I’m Julie Zoril, founder of ZoYoga Fitness & Nutrition and a 57-year-old coach who has spent years helping women over 40 build strong, confident and capable bodies in a way that actually fits real life.

 

I designed the Breezy Summer Fitness Challenge to provide a roadmap without rigidity — with a clear goal, lots of class options, and check-ins from me to keep you on track when summer gets busy.

 

What’s Included

 

Eight live Zoom classes each week - 2 of each format:

 

  • Upper Body Strength — arms, shoulders, chest, and back

  • Lower Body Strength — glutes, quads, and hamstrings

  • Cardio & Core — heart health, stamina, and core strength

  • Mobility Yoga — joint health, posture, and recovery

 

Every class is 30 minutes. Every recording is uploaded to your online portal within 24 hours, so you can take classes live, use the recordings, or mix and match — whatever works for your week.

 

You’ll also have access to a private online community group for encouragement and helpful tips from me!

 

Goal Setting

 

At the start of the challenge, you’ll set your own personal goal. The right goal for you is the one that matches your schedule and energy level.

 

How It Works

 

  1. Choose the number of classes you’re committing to between your start date and August 31

  2. Take your classes live or use the recordings — whatever works!

  3. Mark each class complete in the portal so you can watch your consistency build

  4. Show up in the community group for support, motivation, and connection

 

That’s it. Simple by design.

If you’re already a ZoYoga Fitness member, the Breezy Summer Fitness Challenge is included in your membership.

 

If you’re new, you can join ZoYoga Fitness for $29 per month with your first two weeks free. You’ll get immediate access to the challenge, the portal, and the community the moment you join. And you can leave whenever it’s best for you. No contracts. No notice requirements. Come and go as you like.

Frequently Asked Questions

 

What if I haven’t exercised for a long time, or never? No problem. You’ll set a reasonable goal and take advantage of the modifications I provide during every class.

 

What if I’m already pretty fit? Will I be challenged enough? Yes. I provide more challenging options for almost every move in every class, should you want them.

 

What if I can’t attend any live classes? Every class is recorded and added to your portal. You can work through recordings anytime, from anywhere. Lots of participants have successfully completed my programs using only recordings.

 

What if I’m traveling during the challenge? Stream from wherever you are. The portal goes where you go. Take a break if you need to, and pick right back up when you return.

 

How long do I have access to the recordings? As long as you have your ZoYoga Fitness membership.
