We have our first live kick-off on Zoom on Tuesday, September 2 (a recording will be available for those unable to attend live). Our last live Zoom call will be November 11. There will be lots of interaction in the group between those two dates.


⏳ Life’s busy right now—should I wait?

Actually, this is the perfect time. The program meets you where you are and helps you stay consistent in real life—not just the easy seasons.


📱 Will I have to track my food in an app?

Nope. You’ll choose from over 30 strategies, and using an app is just one option—not a requirement.


🕒 How much time does it take?

The Strategy Matrix helps you choose habits that fit your schedule—whether you’ve got 10 minutes or an hour.


📅 How much of the program is live?

There is a Zoom call every Tuesday night. All recordings will be provided. Everything else is flexible and self-paced in our private group and online course. The course and the group will have ALL of the information. The live meetings are supplemental and optional.
