Circuits for Spring

Six weeks. Show up. One circuit at a time.

Spring is here — and with it comes a fresh chance to build or maintain momentum and strength. Let’s shake off whatever winter left behind.

Life doesn't slow down just because the weather gets nicer. Work, family, travel, and a hundred other things are still competing for your time. That's exactly why I designed this challenge the way I did.

Circuits for Spring isn't about how long you work out. It’s about how often you show up.

Hi, I'm Julie Zoril, founder of ZoYoga Fitness & Nutrition and a 57-year-old coach who has spent years helping women over 40 build strong, confident bodies in a way that actually fits real life.

This spring, I wanted to create something that allows you more time to get outside and enjoy the outdoors while continuing to work towards your fitness goals.

Why Circuits Work

Circuit-style training is one of the most efficient formats in fitness. You move through exercises back-to-back with minimal rest, which means you build strength, keep your heart rate up, and get more done in less time.

Each class is designed as a self-contained circuit, so whether you complete one or all of them, you are getting a well-rounded workout every time you show up.

30-minute classes include 2 circuits. 45-minute classes include 3 circuits. But here's the thing. For each class, YOU can choose how many circuits you want to or can do. On days when you only have time for one circuit, including warm-up and stretch, you are done in just 20 minutes. And it absolutely counts.

Goal Setting

At the beginning of the challenge, you'll set your own personal goal. Some will aim for all 50 classes. Others will choose a lower number that fits their schedule and desired outcomes. There's no “right” goal – just the right one for you.

Think about it this way:

"How many times during this six-week span can I commit to spending at least 20 minutes doing a class?" That's your number. That's your goal.

Because if you show up, do a warm-up, complete one circuit, and stretch, you mark it complete. You earned it. Full credit.

You're always welcome to stay for the whole class when you can. But this challenge prioritizes how often you show up over how long you stay.

What's Included

I will offer 9 live Zoom classes each week throughout the six-week challenge, for a total of more than 50 live classes.

The formats are Upper Body Strength, Lower Body Strength, Cardio Burst, Pilates Core, Mobility Yoga, and Full Body Strength.

Every Zoom recording is uploaded to your online portal within 24 hours, so you can take classes live, work through recordings, or mix and match — whatever works best for your week.

You'll also have access to a private online group for community encouragement and accountability throughout the six weeks.

How It Works

1.       Choose the number of classes you're committing to for the full six weeks.

2.       Take your classes live or recorded. Stay for the full class or just one circuit. Both count.

3.       Mark it complete in the portal once you've done at least a warm-up, one circuit, and a stretch (~20 minutes).

4.       Watch your consistency build over six weeks.

That's it. Simple by design.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I haven’t exercised for a long time, or never? No problem. You will set a reasonable goal and take advantage of the modifications I provide during class.

What if I’m already pretty fit? Will I be challenged enough? Yes, I provide more challenging options for almost every move in every class, should you want them.

What if I struggle to find time for exercise? The circuit format means every 20 minutes you spend is purposeful and efficient — you're never just going through the motions.

What if I can’t attend any live classes? Every class is recorded and added to your portal. You can work through recordings anytime, from anywhere. Lots of participants have successfully completed my programs using only recordings.

How long do I have access to the recordings? As long as you have your ZoYoga Fitness membership.

What if I'm traveling during the challenge? Stream from wherever you are. The portal goes where you go. And a couple of the class formats do not require any equipment. OR take a break and pick it back up when you return.
