Three Ways to Make Exercise More Enjoyable!

1. Play great music or find classes/recordings where great music is provided. I spend at least an hour every week on the playlist for that week because I KNOW it makes a difference.

2. Commit to shorter timeframes. Maybe 15 minutes sounds more fun than 45 minutes. No problem. You can do part of a recording or you can join a live class and leave when you are ready.

3. Invite a friend to sign up for the same live class with you. Waive to them when you see them on screen.
