When you come to ZYF, you can expect Classes that are effective, fun and affordable. A welcoming, friendly and inclusive space. Great music. Form tips and options to modify. A focus on how poses and movements feel (functional) rather than how they look (aesthetic). A scent-free studio. Free mats and water when you don’t bring your own. A studio heated to between 68 and 75 depending how much heat we are generating with our own movement. Opportunities to do challenges, try health trends and win prizes.
All classes are all appropriate for most fitness levels with options offered throughout. Most people who haven’t worked out in a long time (or ever), who have recently had a baby or have an injury, can do well in most classes. However, if you are unable to get down on the floor and back up without a lot of effort, we may not have a class on the schedule right now that is appropriate for you. If you are not sure, fill out the form at the bottom of this page with your questions in the comments section.
