At ZoYoga & Fitness you can expect classes that offer: Modifications for beginners and challenges for repeat clients. Muscle work, cardio, balance and flexibility. Opportunities to build stamina, strength and mobility. Variations in movement to keep things from getting boring. A sense of community among clients that regularly attend.
All classes are all appropriate for most fitness levels with options offered throughout. Most people who haven’t worked out in a long time (or ever), who have recently had a baby or have an injury, can do well in most classes. However, if you are unable to get down on the floor and back up without a lot of effort, we may not have a class on the schedule right now that is appropriate for you. Barre Fusion. Ballet-inspired movements, yoga and traditional sculpting exercises to strengthen and tone the body, improve cardiovascular fitness and increase flexibility.
Cardio Strength Circuit. A fast paced interval workout with a variety of strength, cardio and combination moves to keep your heart rate up and your muscles burning.
Drum Fitness. A mix of traditional exercises, cardio, barre, Pilates, yoga and drumming for a fun and full body workout.
Yoga Flow Candlelight. Meditative and slower-paced to work through body aches and busy minds with flowing movement, longer holds, smooth transitions, and calming breath.
Yoga Flow. More vigorous and aerobic than Candlelight Yoga. More traditional than Yoga Groove.
Yoga Groove. Rather than holding poses we flow between two poses or pulse within a single poses to the beat of motivating music.
Yoga Sculpt. All the metabolism-boosting and strength training advantages of a work out class with all the mental and emotional focus of a yoga class.
