Each week we rotate through the following class formats:
Barre Fusion. Ballet-inspired movements, yoga and traditional sculpting exercises to strengthen and tone the body, improve cardiovascular fitness and increase flexibility. We use body weight, hand weights, bands and balls to offer variety and get a super effective workout.
Yoga Groove. This is not your typical yoga class. Rather than holding poses we flow between two poses or pulse within a single pose to the beat of motivating music. This is a great class for the person that wants to take their yoga practice to a different place or the person that knows that yoga would be good for them but doesn't enjoy the slower pace of a typical yoga class.
Drum Fitness. A full-body workout using drumsticks while lunging, v-sitting, squatting, planking, standing and more. This workout fuses strength training, yoga, plyometrics and isometric poses into a full and fun class. We drum our way to a leaner, slimmer physique – all to a great rock music playlist.
Yoga Flow. More vigorous and aerobic than a slow moving Hatha class. More traditional than Yoga Groove. This class is dynamic, joining physical postures with inhales and exhales, creating a steady rhythm of movement. This class is designed to cultivate heat in the body with sequencing involving sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bending, arm balancing, and a strong focus on the power of breath awareness.
